4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client owns the final content created for their social media channels. Marketing Bridge retains the right to use snippets or screenshots of the work for promotional purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.
5. Limitation of Liability
While we strive for the best results, Marketing Bridge does not guarantee specific engagement metrics or sales growth. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses resulting from the use of our services or technical issues on third-party social media platforms.
6. Termination
We believe in "No Long-Term Contracts." Either party may terminate the service agreement at any time with 30 days' notice. Any fees paid for the current billing cycle are non-refundable.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
